I finished the last sleeve support at lunch, so it's done! I just need a picture of me in it.
the sleeve supports are three layers of fabric, quilted together and bias-bound. I used scrap. Yeah, ugly, but why waste favorite dress fabric on something nobody will see?
The dress didn't call for shoulder pads, just the sleeve supports.

You can't really tell the difference they make on the hanger, but I suspect they will be helpful when the dress is actually being worn.
