The rest of my weekend adventure. Fat quarters on clearance.
A couple of weeks ago, I did a major spring cleaning, including going through my insane fabric stash and dividing it into 1920's-1950's prints I like, Victorian-esque prints I like, modern prints I like, stuff that should go in other designated projects, and give-aways. I gave a way a tall kitchen bag of scraps to one of Mom's quilting friends.
The rest are getting cut into small squares that will eventually be scrap quilts (1-patches alternating with 4-patches).
I don't really need to buy stuff for my scrap quilts but these were super cheap and I needed variety. They're only fat quarters, anyway; it's not a huge amount of fabric.
