I started this in--don't laugh!--March of 2008, and only just finished it yesterday morning. I obviously wasn't knitting on it straight through!
It's just plain garter stitch (knit all rows) and the colors were are a little off; it's actually rust, saturated teal, and maize. It's also huge. I like a big shawl.
