I thought I'd posted this but I guess I hadn't. This is the concept drawing for American Weekly 3740.
My dad got me the Intuos4 drawing pad for Christmas but I'm only now finding time to fiddle with it. I used it to trace a scan of the pattern illustration, and then alter it. One of these days I'll figure out how to use layers to superimpose these over pictures of the prints, so I can use the print fabric, but right now I can only use it at the level of a very high-tech coloring book.
