Peach Salad

I ate this three or four days in a row last week, until I ate all the peaches.

2 cups lettuce, cut or torn up
2 cups spinach, cut or torn up
1 peach; I chopped mine because I don't like big pieces of stuff in salads, but you can cut it however you please. I preferred yellow peaches; white peaches are sweeter but less flavorful.
1/4 cup feta cheese
1/4 cup chopped pecans
2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon olive oil

Combine in a bowl and toss well.

Serves two, or one if you're hungry.
