New Patterns: 2010 October 29

I cannot seem to give up my obsession with baggy dresses and bad prairie-wear. I guess I need to learn to wear belts, right?

Grit magazine/Patt-O-Rama 8204 has a shoulder yoke and oversized button closure, and a June 1961 postmark:

McCall's 4668 (1975): Obviously a Bicentennial-themed outfit. Oddly, none of the variants are a dress. You get an apron, blouse, skirt, and jumper . . . but no dress. And you would think they could have thrown in a bonnet for good measure, right? What's up with doing it eighty percent?

That collar definitely needs to be cut down, but I think the jumper has potential as a sundress, too.
