Diet Doh!-n't

I just realized that, since I had my calorie counter set to "sedentary" but had progressed past what it considered a sedentary activity level, I was basically doubled up on my calorie restriction. The 1,400 calories it recommended was for weight loss basically without any exercise. I was walking or jogging off another 200 to 400 calories a day on top of that. That would put me at 1,100 to 1,200 calories a day.

That's bad. Really bad. No wonder 1,400 calories was so friggin' hard.

I can't believe I didn't notice that. Well, at least I didn't try keep it up for very long since I only started that calorie count a couple of weeks ago.
