Sweaters

Darn it all, I need a cedar chest. I just pulled out my favorite dark-gray sweater and there's a blasted bug-hole in it. Aargh!

On the other hand, it measures 42" across the chest and 5 stitches per inch, which are good guidelines for the proposed black turtleneck. I'll probably go with the 41" size for an oversized fit.

I hate those damn moths. They ate my first cashmere cardigan. The back looks like swiss cheese now, but I can't bear to throw it away! After that, I learned to put my "nice" sweaters in gallon zip-locks after that.
I may have to do that. I'm really honked off.

Wool sweaters are so hard to get now. This is a charcoal-gray V-neck I got at Old Navy about a million years ago when they still sold real clothes. It's actually a very nice sweater.

They ate my paprika-red Woolrich last year, which was annoying but less so since it was much too big. But I'm done. I'm not going to learn to knit sweaters just so I can feed bugs!
