Actually, I think I'm giving myself permission to deep-six this project. I have to go back and look at it again to be sure, but . . . let's face it: I hate the fabric. The construction method is wackadoodle (because of the binding, I think I've sewn the same seams three times and the dress isn't even assembled yet). It's standing in the way of me doing projects that I actually want to do and sort of need.
I may reconsider and revisit later, we'll see. Or maybe I'll bite the bullet and finish it just to have it done.
