The cuffs are attached; one still needs to be topstitched and they both need buttons and buttonholes. The waistband is attached to the bodice and the piping is basted to the lower edge of the outer fabric. I'm psyching myself up to tackle the skirt. I haven't given up on the hope of adding a bias panel around the bottom for interest, but I might not be able to make that work.
