This is so minor it's not really a part II. I sewed the sleeve keepers on last night. That's it. That was all I could manage.
They're straps. With buttons.
Actually, I love the buttons I found for this dress. The white buttons with the squares in the middle are going on the cuffs and down the front. They didn't come in a small size but I found two of these little white buttons with chevrons in my stash and decided to use them for the sleeve keepers, in keeping with a subtly geometric theme.
The button on the breast pocket, alas, is plain, but it will do.
