Grit 3033 (1946-1947) Part III: Progress, finally

I was so determined to get this thing done this weekend but it just didn't happen.  Oh, well.  I'm close, though.

The bias on the neckline and armscyes has just been giving me fits  I think it's too wide, to begin with.  But I'm almost done with it and then I can just wear it and forget about it.

Putting eyelet trim in didn't help.


I used the last of the pink gingham bias trim that I made for McCall's 2440 (1961), ages ago:


So far.  I have half of an armscye and the side-seam finishes left:
